For over twenty years, cpiTemps has provided
and successfully placed hundreds of cardiology professionals
in progressive cardiac cath/EP labs as well throughout the
country. Our recruiters work within a very stringent protocol
to qualify cardiology professionals. We are able to assure and
guarantee candidate screening and credentialing procedures
that exceed JCAHO, OSHA and federal and state requirements,
thus providing you with top quality cardiology professionals
nationwide. We also have formed an alliance with Strategic
Nurse Staffing (SNS), which has 28 additional offices. These
offices provide allied and nurse staffing to the other
clinical areas of the hospital that we don’t thus giving us
the ability to be a full service staffing agency. We feel this
gives us an edge as we can provide and fill voids that arise.
Our office would handle all communication for the other areas
so confusion won’t become an issue.
To better service cath lab directors’ and managers’ staffing
needs, we provide both temporary and permanent candidates. To
better understand this option, we chart as follows:
cpiTemps – Temporary Candidates – Temporary Employees of
cpiTemps, provided on a 13- or 26-week assignment as designed
in initial contract. Ideally used for cardiac cath/EP lab
caseload variations such as seasonal vacillations, expansions,
disability leave, vacations and holidays, bereavement,
maternity leave, jury duty and continuing education. Our RN’s,
ARRT’s and RCIS travelers can adapt to any situation, as most
will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a busy
interventional environment.
Electrophysiology (EP) We also have people who are equally
skilled in this area of Cardiology. Our Company is also
providing an EP preceptor program. This area of Cardiology is
growing at such a rapid rate that Clinical support people have
to be trained for the varied case load EP Doctors present. It
is very difficult to take an RN or Tech out of the cath lab
and put them in EP without proper training. We can provide a
complete outline of this highly specialized service upon
request.
Whether it is precepting or filling a void our professionals
