To better service our cath lab managers’ staffing needs, we provide both permanent and temporary candidates. To better understand this option, we chart as follows:

cpi - Permanent Candidates - Full time (40 hours) permanent employee of client hospital. Hospital is responsible for providing interviewing expenses prior to the interview. Upon hire of the candidate, hospital is responsible for providing hospital benefits as pertaining to the position, relocation and sign-on bonus if applicable. Service fee will be billed as stated in the contingency-based contract for permanent candidates. A fee is only due upon hire of the candidate.

cpiTemps - Temporary Candidates - Employees of cpiTemps, provided on a 13 or 26 week assignment as designated in the initial contract. Temporary candidates are used for cardiac cath lab caseload variations due to seasonal cycles or program expansions. They may also be utilized for disability leave, vacations, holidays, bereavement, special procedures, maternity leave, jury duty and continuing education. Temporary contracts are based upon an all-inclusive rate structure.
